The Process

The inspection

Inspection

Every mouse seal-up service starts with an inspection. The inspection is crucial because every house is built differently. The inspection tells us what condition the home is in, where the main entry points are, and what limitations are on the home. Limitations are areas that block us from having access to 100% of the foundation and roof.

***We will not find 100% of the entry points during the inspection

Seal-Up

Our mouse service stands out when we arrive to seal up the home. No company in the industry does what we do. We strive to make sure our service is a one-and-done service. We use permanent and long-lasting materials that companies in the industry do not carry. We are also extremely thorough with our work. We do not want to have to come back a second time. But we also do not set unrealistic expectations. If we believe a home will be more difficult or impossible to mouse-proof we tell our customers.

mouse snap trap

Trapping

After a seal-up, it takes 30 days to trap all the mice inside. We provide traps for all our customers and show them where to place them and how to operate them. After 30 days if the traps are still catching mice call us and we will come back to see what we missed. The amount of times we come back for free depends on the limitations found during the inspection. (Read about our warranties below).

The Benefits

Science Based

Science Based

Our mouse service is effective because it is all based on science. All of our technicians are knowledgeable about the behavior of mice and the weather in Minnesota. We know what signs to look for when inspecting and sealing homes with mice. Following the science also allows us to stay honest with our customers. We do not set unrealistic expectations. Mice and the weather are both unpredictable. As effective as our service is we will never guarantee a home will stay mouse-free forever.

2 year warranty

2-Year Warranties

We offer full 2-year warranties or 2-year limited warranties. The warranty visits depend on any limitations we find around the property during the inspection. Some examples of limitations include but are not limited to; low decks, low 3-season porches, foam covering the foundation, and townhomes. This allows us to take ownership of our work and customize our exclusion work to meet your needs.
Construction material

Construction Grade Materials

Minnesota has one of the most drastic temperature swings on the planet! This means that all the homes and buildings built in this state are susceptible to shifting, settling, and cracking. We make sure to use materials built to withstand these temperature swings. On top of that, all the materials that we use are also mouse-proof so mice can’t chew through them.

0 Contracts

No Contracts

We don’t use any contracts for our mouse service. We do not sell quarterly service plans to solve a mouse problem. There are companies in the industry that want the mouse problem to continue so they can provide services each month. We strive to distance our selves from the industry standard.

No Poison

Placing poison bait inside the home is not an effective way of mouse-proofing a home. The industry uses this method to give them a reason to come back for a service every month. The mice are still getting inside to eat the poison so this method will never keep the home mouse-free. When mice eat the poison they may also die in an area of the home where they can’t be removed. This often leaves the homeowners living with a horrible smell for weeks.

Working in all seasons

Provide Services All Year

One of the most common questions we get asked regarding our mouse service is; whether we still provide services in the winter. The answer is yes! In the winter we can provide an even better service. When there is snow on the ground our technicians can see mouse tracks in the snow. Some of these tracks will lead directly to an entry point on the exterior of the home. Out of all 4 of Minnesota’s seasons, Fall is by far our busiest. We recommend scheduling a service in the summer or winter. This way you don’t have to wait weeks or months before we can come to your home.
