Add-Ons
What is Included?
Our IPP includes 100s of insects found in Minnesota. The few that are not included are insects that hitchhike into the home on clothing and packaging. These insects require comprehensive treatments to exterminate their population. Each insect treatment is based on science and the phenology of that insect’s behavior. Some insects become more prevalent in the spring, while others appear in swarms in the fall. We provide customers with specifically designed treatments to combat whatever insect they’re dealing with at that time of year. The products we use can stay effective for around 2 months. Over time, the spray products lose their effectiveness due to the sun and rain hitting the home. This is why we need to come back every 1.5-2 months for the most effective results!
Each treatment is 1.5 to 2 months apart
Offer free services in between treatments if new insect issues arise (including wasp nest removal)
Interior treatments at no extra charge

Add On: Tick Service
Behavior
Ticks go through a 2-year life cycle, maturing from eggs into adults through four distinct stages: egg, larva, nymph, and adult. One female tick will lay thousands of eggs in the fall. Not every egg makes it to adulthood as birds, bats, insects, and amphibians eat them. Their eggs are often found inside thick, overgrown brush. As larvae, they often attach to small animals like mice or birds. Larvae are not born with Lyme disease; instead, they acquire it if their host is carrying it. Ticks often attach themselves to one host for 5 days. They latch on by crawling up tall blades of grass and plants and fall on their hosts as they walk or crawl past. Ticks do not fly or jump.
Prevention
Our tick prevention service is essential for homes bordering woods, marshes, and areas of thick vegetation. Ticks attach themselves to hosts by falling off leaves and branches as animals and humans walk by. Our service focuses on spraying plants along property lines and any landscaping plants that are close to the home. Ticks don’t climb very high, so we focus on spraying 3-4 feet off the ground.
Add On: Outdoor Rodent Management Plan (ORMP)
Vole Damage
Vole damage can occur all 4 seasons of the year. Most homeowners first notice it in the spring, after the snow has melted. Voles, much like mice, do not hibernate. In the winter months, they dig tunnels below the snow to stay warm and remain hidden from predators. During this time, they feed on the roots of grass. This causes the grass to die, damaging the lawn. Homes that are located near a body of water, wooded area, or grassland will have an increase in vole activity.
Vole & Mouse Prevention
To prevent lawn damage from voles and keep mice out, we offer an Outdoor Rodent Management Plan (ORMP). Marshes, retaining walls, woods, and lakes are all places that attract voles and mice. We begin by staking bait stations along the edge of the property line and near the foundation. This service is more effective when the stations are placed near their natural habitat. The bait inside the stations is used to control the population living around the home.
If you have an Insect Prevention Plan, we will service each station at the same time at no additional charge. We will provide 1 extra service as a 5th treatment to manage vole and mouse activity in the winter.
***There is a one-time fee to install and pay for the stations
