Our inspection is done around the exterior of the home. We do not need to go inside to see where the mice are. In any home, mice will be inside unfinished rooms, attics, and around exposed plumbing and electrical lines. Going inside will not tell us how the mice are getting in. During our inspection, we look for the major entry points and figure out the scope of work that needs to be done.

Sealing up your Excelsior home for mice is hard work! Our techs are trained to follow the science of locating entry points and are extremely skilled at using the correct materials to keep the holes sealed for a long time. Our service is a single service and doesn’t require monthly or quarterly visits attached to a contract.

Trapping the mice is the final step of our service. We set traps inside each home during our seal-up service. These traps are placed strategically to catch the mice living inside. We place them off the ground in the unfinished rooms and next to utility lines. It takes 30 days to catch the mice inside the home after all the holes are sealed.
