Before we seal up your home we first need to schedule an inspection. During the inspection, we will point out the major entry points the mice are using as well as any limitations we find. Limitations are objects around the home that make it impossible to access 100% of the home’s foundation and roofline. A few examples include low decks, 3-season porches, and vines.

The seal-up service is where we stand out from the rest of the pest control industry. We do not want to come back to your home multiple times. Our goal is to solve your mouse problem for good with one service. Each service comes with a warranty allowing us to come back to see what areas were missed. The warranty your home qualifies for is dependent on limitations found during the inspection.

The last step of our mouse service is trapping. We set traps up inside your home in the unfinished rooms and basement. These traps will catch the remaining mice that are inside. This process can take up to 30 days. Any warranty that was provided starts after the initial 30 days have passed.
