Inspection
Before we come out to seal your Orono home we first need to schedule an inspection. Each home is built differently with different materials. We will locate the major entry points mice are using, and learn more about what needs to be done specifically to your home to keep the mice out.
Seal-Up
The type of seal-up job varies drastically from house to house. Our technicians are always prepared and will always have the correct materials necessary for the job! We strive to make sure that we only need to come to each house once. But understand that we are not perfect and attach limited or full 2-year warranties to all of our work.
Trapping
Trapping is a necessary part of every seal-up service. We ask all our customers to monitor and operate the traps we leave with them. Please do not throw traps out with the mouse! Each trap should be left out to track any new mouse activity. It will take 30 days to catch all the mice inside the home after all the holes are sealed from the outside.
