Our inspection is the first step of our signature mouse seal-up service. Our inspection will tell us where the major entry points are located, if any limitations might be blocking us from inspecting or sealing a portion of the home’s foundation or roof, and it will allow us to provide a quote and warranty for the work.

Our seal-up service is focused on the exterior of the home and inside any attached garages. We are extremely thorough with our work, and we will be using long-lasting construction-grade materials to seal all the entry points. We want to keep the home sealed for years to come.

After the entry points are sealed around the exterior, if there is a population of mice inside the home at this time, they will have nowhere to go and will try to locate a place to get out. It will take 30 days to catch whatever mice are living inside. We will place the snap traps inside that are  identical to the one in the image
