Inspection
Every seal-up service starts with an inspection. After the inspection, we will provide a quote and warranty for the work. Each home is built differently, so our quotes vary from home to home. Our warranties will be based on the limitations of the home. Limitations are items blocking us from inspecting and sealing 100% of the structure (ex, a low 3-season porch)
Seal-Up
Once you decide to move forward with the quote, we will schedule the seal-up service. Our seal-up service is highly rated and extremely thorough. We do not rush through our work; we make sure all our technicians have more than enough time to effectively seal the home.
Trapping
There is a 30-day waiting period attached to our seal-up service. 30 days is how long it takes for all the mice living in the home to get caught after they can no longer get outside. We will set the traps inside, but ask that homeowners to check them every day for 30 days and remove the mice from the home and reuse the traps.
