Inspections are done around the exterior of the home. Our techs are trained to identify the major entry points and will take photos to share with each customer. The inspection will allow us to determine the length of time it will take to seal the entry points. Not every entry point will be found during the inspection. We will find and seal all the entry points during the seal-up service.

The seal-up service is our signature service. During the seal-up, we will be extremely thorough and go around the outside of the home inch by inch. This service is designed to be a single-on-and-done service. We don’t us contracts or come out for monthly services. We want to solve the mouse problem for good!

We leave snap traps for all of our customers during our seal-up service. These traps are used to catch all the mice that are still inside the home after all the entry points are sealed. It takes 30 days for all the mice inside the home to get caught. The warranties we provide to each customer start after the 30 days have past.
