Our inspections are the first step of our signature seal-up service. During the inspection, we look for the major entry points on the home’s exterior. We also make note of limitations that we might. Limitations are areas outside the home that block from accessing 100% of the foundation or roofline. For example; a low deck, 3- season porch, or vines.

Our seal-up service is our signature service that we have perfected since the year 2000. It’s impossible to find a pest control company in Shorewood, MN that is as thorough and as effective in keeping mice out of the home. We follow the science of mouse behavior to locate all of the entry points and seal them up with construction-grade materials.

After sealing up all the entry points on the outside the mice in the home will have nowhere to go. We provide traps for our customers to monitor and check for the next 30 days after the seal-up. After 30 days our warranties kick in. The warranty each home qualifies for is dependent on the limitations we find during the inspection. If mice are still getting caught after 30 days call our office to schedule a follow visit to see what was missed.
